Great Clips

Absolutely HORRIBLE experience. The lady who cut my hair scalped me. I have half the hair I had when I arrived. Trim back and feather sides. Should have been just a few inches. The photos show there is NO STYLE. The picture shows how much she cut off. The 6 inches was the first cut. 🤬 I am EXTREMELY ANGRY. I have to live with this for a long time. She (the young black lady) should NEVER TOUCH SCISSORS AGAIN!!!!!

It was the worst, I been coming here n the stylist was unfriendly. We said hello she didn’t answer she looked mad n the cut was terrible sorry but I didn’t leave a tip. I took my mother for a cut She an elderly n she was unset so was I

My wife and 6 daughters went for cuts and they managed to get in and out fairly quick and did a good job.

I really felt bad because I didn’t have the extra money to tip our Palestine, Tx Great Clips hair cutter person appropriately. So I hope these kind words will make up for that. Our hair cutter (stylist?) was amazing, quick, excellent, and very sweet to my 12-year-old son Camden Lee while she was cutting his hair. (He and I do film acting, so hair is important.) As far as I’m concerned, if I can get her name she’ll be our new hair cutter of choice.

I had the greatest experience at Great Clips! Thank you Miss Pearl for such a wonderful job and catering to my every need. I'm a hard customer when it comes to my hair and I haven't experienced such great customer service in years!! The other stylists were also very nice!! What a great team!! I'll be back as soon as this mop grows out a bit. The building was very clean also... just satisfied with the whole experience!!
