Great Clips

We're in town for a couple of days and I needed a hair cut. I checked in online and when I got there checked in. The lady that checked me in was rude and hateful and said can't you see We're busy so it will be a hour. We will get to you when we get to you. Thing was this location wasn't busy. And due to her being hateful I left. Im not sitting in a chair with someone acting like that

There's not a way to leave negative stars on here, but I definitely would if there was an option. I don't often come to the Hinkville road location, just because I have always had some sort of negative experience every time I walk in there. Typically I go to the lone oak road location, and have for years. The lady's in there have always done a super job no matter who has cut my hair. I've NEVER had 1 complaint to leave about them. Their customer service is amazing, and their quality of service is amazing. And I always tip very good to EVERYONE! And also in this case I tipped the stylist good as well, disregarding the facr of how it went. I walked in expecting a half decent haircut and they cut it WAY too short, messed up the sides and my bangs, cut super unevenly and rushed a lot, was sub 5 minutes. She didn’t talk to me at all, and then they had the audacity to charge $19 for it. I had to trim it at home because of how bad it was and now I literally can’t look at myself without thinking how bad it is

This place sucks! They allegedly put me on the list, saying that I had about 74 minutes to wait. I never received a text. When I came back, Jaime said that I wasn't on the list and I'd have to wait another 45 minutes. Basically this place will try to keep you in town for hours and will be totally unsympathetic about it, from my experience.

Went in for a soft undercut Pixie with bangs. Showed references and even me with the cut previously. Asked for it much longer to look more similar to the photo I used when I originally had the cut. Got a very aggressive trim was nicked. Was cut so short and choppy. Was parted at my temple which I specifically asked the hairdresser not to do. It’s like a very chopped asymmetrical pixie. The bangs and top are blocky and not feathered or thinned at all. Very uneven as well. It looks like a short unflattering mop on top. Was trimmed so high up and to my scalp. It does not seem fixable at this point unless I go even shorter or buzz it all off which I didn’t want at all. I have been going to this Great Clips for almost four years.
