Great Clips

I had a great experience at the Great Clips in Pace. Madison cut my hair, and she was absolutely wonderful. She was very friendly, attentive, and really took the time to listen to what I wanted. She made me feel comfortable right away and checked in throughout the cut to make sure everything looked and felt right. The end result turned out even better than I expected. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend asking for Madison!

I've been going here for several years. The service has always been professional. It does get crowded due to the amount of customers but that's a good sign to me. I like going to a business that other customers trust. Ashlee is my favorite but others have cut my hair and did a good job when she wasn't available. Thanks to each of you for the service that you provide.

I also had a pretty terrible experience with the Asian girl that works there. Madison I believe is her name. I left her a pretty terrible review on their website. Not only did she screw up my hair but she had a bad attitude and blamed me for it. And wouldn’t give me my military discount! I typically pay it forward and use it as a way to tip the stylist more but she was a jerk and refused to give it to me. I guess it’s only for active duty? Which is fine but no one told me until she did and I’ve been getting it every time. I think I’m gonna start going to sport clips. 👀

I went on Friday evening 12/05/2025 for a simple trim since my regular hairdresser had no availability. My husband comes here regularly and has a great experience every time, so I figured I would come in for a trim. I do not remember the name of who helped me (possibly Mary?) I let her know I was just seeking a trim, and I prefer to keep as much length as I can. She took a look at my hair and was feeling around (normal, no biggie)...and she is making the most horrified, disgusted look on her face. She looks up and caught me noticing her facial expressions and said "Oh, I forgot you can see my facial expressions in the mirror" and laughed it off. I just wanted to get my hair trimmed, it was already about 6pm. She proceeded to move forward with the trim and I paid and left. After discussing

Extremely disappointed in my son’s haircut. He is in tears. I showed Madison a picture and she cut it way too short. He has a bowl cut. I wanted to wait on Olivia because she and Lexi both do a good job but someone had just sat in her chair. Never again will we see anyone there except Olivia and Lexi. Madison also had an attitude and I didn’t like how she spoke to either of my kids.
