I’m so sad I think I could cry of how horrible my son‘s hair came out today. Unfortunately I sent him with his father and I think that was my first mistake lol I called them and they did offer to fix it, but I’m too scared to bring him back so they could butcher the job some more. I’m just devastated because we have a cruise coming up and the pictures are going to be pretty bad. My poor baby doesn’t deserve this haircut look like he came off the set of dumb and dumber. I’m trying to be funny, but I’m just so devastated if I don’t laugh, I will cry. Please don’t take your children here if you want them to look decent in any photos like I said, the lady was very nice on the phone. Just had my hair absolutely ruined here. Grew it back after cancer and had the stylist just keep cutting and cutting due to “breakage”. My hair is curly and it was drying. They have NO idea about hair texture and just ruined two years of hair growth. I’m so embarrassed to be in public. I can’t even gel it down, wear a headband, or a hat to work. I showed a picture and discussed as well as. Was completely ignored.

Great service, clean place! They are always welcoming. Kalpana and Margo are great. I am pleased each time I have my haircut at this location.

Sign posted out front of the salon says you can walk in. So I walked in for a haircut, only one person in front of you, we will check you in. I wait about 10 minutes and 3 more people came in. They then tell me these people checked in online, so your wait is 70 minutes. I walked out. Do you have walk ins or not? You don't if you put all the online check ins ahead of you. Also I was told I was checked In.

I have been a satisfied customer customer of this establishment for a few years now. Whenever I need a haircut they are my go to place. They usually are able to accommodate me even without an appointment. They are reasonably priced and have a few lines of hair care products that I wouldn't mind trying for sale there..
