Great Clips

KELLY has a severe attitude problem very smug and rude. Left and went to a different location because her customer service skills were non existent. Hopefully she can do some self reflection and work on that so she doesn’t make customers feel so uncomfortable to the point they feel the need to leave.

Kelley is an excellent hair dresser. She is personable, efficient, and detail oriented. She has tremendous communication skills and shares her comforting personality.

Took my son today to get a haircut I don’t even recall the lady’s name, But she didn’t even do what we asked for so I paid then left and went somewhere else to get his hair fixed

I must add to my review, as they have been lying about their stylist. Ms.Babylon didn't quit, she was fired and is at another location. Unprofessional For years I've been getting my hair cut with great clips. Most stylist here cut well and they are always clean, but with the new policies I will be looking for a new place to get cut. The Military discount went up a lot and when I tried to use my 9.99 coupon they wouldn't let me because it's for a separate location! 15 years of getting my haircut with Great Clips I've never had them deny me a coupon because of location! And to add the last time I was in I saw them using the same capes on people. This place use to have good deals, and stayed clean I dont know what happened.

Worst hair cut I've ever had. Looks like someone laid me down on the butcher block and cut my hair with a weed eater. Do better.
