If I could give this place a zero I would. I had walked in early in the morning around maybe 10am, I had a previous set of nails on and I wanted the set you see below, the first picture. It was time for me to get my nails off and Jenny did not soak them or anything she immediately started drilling the nails off and she had cut my cuticles. I said OUT LOUD that hurts and she said, “it’s supposed to.” No apologies mentioned. I didn’t want to cause a scene and I still had hope so I kept going. As I was getting the acrylic put onto my nails they kept going on their phones and stopping in the middle of applying. So once she was done the nails, she had gloves on and whatever residue was on them it got on my hands and she proceeded to put lotion on my hands on top of the dirtiness on my fingers.

I enjoy this salon for its friendly staff (they always look happy to see you)and the calm atmosphere. Recently redecorated salon which looks great. Jenn, the owner, takes care of my nails and they always look even and done in a neat manner. I've been to other salons where my nails have itched for a week afterwards, but not here as I believe the products they use are of a better quality than most salons which cuts down on skin allergies. Pedicures are always enjoyable and I like that they use individual, sealed packages of the items they need for your pedicure, such as nail file, buffer and scrubbing pad to get the dead skin off. Much more sanitary than simply using a scrubbing pad that you've put in a sanitizer and then used on multiple people's feet. Prices are reasonable here. I beli

Please go see them!! I use to go to Pinky’s but this hidden gem was available, clean, and so very accommodating. Jenny didn’t mind Polly gel nails she was very cautious of my Natural nail health. She did not buff too much. The nails came out beautifully done. Ky, OMG Ky. She did a very well dedicated job on my pedicure. The shop closed at 6 PM, but she diligently worked on my pedicure, not rushing through it with precision and quality care. Jenny even offered another service I was looking for even though it would be time-consuming and they were closed. This shop Has shown quality care attention to detail and top-notch customer service. I will be making this the destination for all my spa/Me time Care needs. Thank you, Ricky‘s nail salon!!

Jenny and her staff are so wonderful. They are so kind. Jenny always does a beautiful job on my acrylics. She is so gentle and my nails last a full month! Highly recommend them. Thank you for everything Jenny!

I had Jenny do my nails today and it was amazing. She used this new poly gel that is healthier for your nails and no chemicals to harm my nails. I always used to get acrylic nails but now I will switch over to this poly gel! I will be coming back!
