Great Clips

Not sure Juana should be the manager , seems like she hates her job. By the time I walked in she was judging me with facial expressions. I also get tired of these quick in and out places to judge what we do with our hair. Sometimes we just can’t afford to get it done. Her first words was did you use box color. It’s not like you were coloring my hair because you guys don’t offer those services. You were there to cut my hair Her attitude was blah , she got no tip from Me. This is the second great clips business I have had bad vibes from. Other was in Wyoming She also didn’t go as I asked. I don’t even know why they ask. They just cut it any old way they want. Got no layers and no thinning. Not worth 20.00

Great, amiable staff, even after a long and busy day. I was their last cut of the day, after 2.5 hours on the list. As great a haircut as I have ever gotten, and a lovely conversation!

Today provided me another visit to Great Clips in New Ulm. I enjoyed a relaxing visit while being cared for by Anna. Anna is another credential that Great Clips should be proud to provide a contract to. Her shears provided wonderful audible ASMR effects during the process, which was quite mesmerizing. Thanks for your time today Anna. Your talent is appreciated! 🙏

Not nice workers. We have gone to the New Ulm location for years and will not anymore. We have had many good haircuts and a few poorly done haircuts. We used the app to check in for haircuts and the time changed greatly as we were traveling there so they took us off the list even though we were still on the list when we were on the edge of town. Very disappointed in an app that only caters to people who live in town and does not allow for the customers who travel 30+miles to get there. There should be an option to keep your name on the list before being booted. All that said, the employees of the store were not nice to us even though they could not accommodate us. I would not want my hair cut by those people anyway. Great Clips, teach your employees customer service.

Honestly if I could give this place no stars I would. I went in the get my hair thinned as I have really thick hair. Right off the bat she wasn’t very inviting and didn’t make me feel comfortable. I specifically told her I ONLY wanted it thinned and I did NOT want any trim or length taken off. She then proceeded to start trimming my hair. When I went to confront her after I noticed what she was doing she played it off like she thought I wanted it trimmed then proceeded to tell me that “ I didn’t even take that much off”. I had to stop her and end the appointment it was that bad and I’m not the kind of person to do that. My advice to all of you would be to take your time to get into a good salon and actually find someone that is gonna listen to what you want :)
