Ed's Chop Shop

We booked an appt for our 7 year old to get a perm for a specific event comimg up. Ed's called and canceled the appt one hour prior to the appt time saying that he needs a consultation first. This was nowhere in the description when booking. I waited on the phone for several minutes while the employee confirmed that it is not anywhere in the description while booking. We had booked several days in advance. Very poor customer service and now we have a very sad 7 year old. Would not recommend.

Ed is awesome! I’ve never had so many compliments on my haircut. Always look forward to appointments with him not only for the haircuts but also a great guy to talk to.

Absolutely phenomenal work. Ed takes his time and is a perfectionist. Definitely the best hy hair and beard habe looked in a decade!

Amazing place! Fun atmosphere for kids with a game system in the lobby that Ed lets them play. He has a couple other guys cutting hair as well and they all seem to do great! Kids were very impressed 😁

I wish I could upload a pic of my 7 year old son's mullet. Everyone is complimenting my son in the store and at the park. It is super sweet. It took about 30 min. It was better than talking him to the salon in some ways because he wasn't getting babied. The guy wasn't talking to him the whole time like a baby but he still put some cartoons on for him. I had him do two lines shaved into the sides this time also and it looks like a pro did it. Would recommend 💯 the only thing I didn't like was the appt online. I couldn't make appointment without choosing one of three dudes to schedule with. Well how the heck do I know? I was a first time customer. I chose Edwardo I believe. Anywyas all and all good experience. Ty!
