Great Clips

I've been in a few times now and they always do a great job listening to any changes I might want. Super friendly, affordable, and fast! Had my cut done today by Wil and she did a phenomenal job.

Satyr is so patient, kind, and understanding when she deals with my elderly mom with Alzheimer’s. She engages her in conversation and goes out of her way to understand mom’s wants/needs!

It all depends on the stylist you get. I was very disappointed the last time I came in. I was specific about how I wanted my haircut my stylist did exactly the opposite of what I asked. She cut too much of my hair off, even though I told her not to cut the front at all. Then she cut it unevenly, I was forced to change my style altogether. Also, I had a coupon that they refused to honor because they said it had been used before, even though it was sent to my Facebook page. They did not offer any sort of discount for my unpleasant and inexcusable haircut, so I ended up having to pay full price for a horrible haircut The sad part is, I go there pretty regularly as my records show. I was sorely disappointed they did not do anything to make the situation any better. I will find another place. I

I stopped going to great clips after a bad experience, gave this location a try after my barber moved away and havent regretted it one bit! Jinie is the only one I trust with my hair for now, she has hair cutting down to a science and gets you in and out the door and a very timely manner!! Thank you Jinie!
