Great Clips

Oh my goodness. Do.not. my poor kids haircut is a nightmare! Went in yesterday to have my 5yo haircut (we dont typically go to this location but have a couple times.) Took all of 10 mins tops to cut his hair. I was shocked it went so fast. Stylist put gel in and we were on our way. It wasn't until I got home that both my husband and I noticed how very poorly hacked his haircut was. (Attatched photos) I think this is the same gal that keeps getting negative reviews from what I have now read. 😬🤦‍♀️ Really makes me question her license cause this is just bad! The other more negative reviews are definitely accurate. I'm not typically one to complain, but we are not happy at all with his cut. 👎👎

We made an appointment today 1/28 because my daughter wanted bangs for the 1st time & She was very nervous. I had asked the stylist if she could style it so we could see how to do it. She refused stating she didn’t have time and then cut her hair like this. 🤬 She’s devastated because she wanted to look amazing hair for father/daughter dance. Now she’s embarrassed to go to school.

Lifetime Great Clips patron, first time at this location, won’t be back. Rude staff and unfriendly vibe.

I have been going through great clips since I was a kid never have had bad experiences, I took a chance on this particular Great Clips because it’s close to home now. I have never had a worse experience than I did today. I was in and out less than 10 minutes, and my hair was horribly cut. I had asked for an inch off I got more than an inch taken off. Top half of my hair was way shorter than the rest. Over all looked horrible. Had to drive to another Great clips store for them to fix it. Beyond horrible experience and I won’t be coming back to this store

My mom was so worried about getting her haircut it was literally making her have anxiety, she hasn't had much luck, until we went to great clips - She was so happy with her cut, the stylist really listened to what she was saying. My only regret is that we didn't get the name of her stylist. 04/01/2023 ~ Updated Visit. Used $5 off coupon online. Dana is the stylist name, my mom is very happy with the style & technique she uses to do a short pixie cut. Great Clips was very quiet for a Saturday, there was no line or wait time when we arrived, the cut took approx 15 mins. Bought some product to tame that new pixie cut!
