Great Clips

After my daughter recieved an uneven cut, I was able to get ahold of the owner who made things right. Great Clips went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with the outcome and that I feel comfortable returning to the salon. My previous review which I have since deleted was a little over the top, and I hope to have more pleasant experiences with the company in the future. Thank you 😊.

Today I went to get my son's hair cut. When I got there, I showed her a picture of how I wanted the cut. Nene is the person who helped me. She was incredible with my son and was doing wonderfully, but a white woman approached saying she could help her cut it faster. So I thought it was okay and they'd finish sooner since he's a baby. And then she told me to hold his neck tight because it was the only way to cut it. So I held his head so he wouldn't try to move when I saw her scissor him. I thought she was trying to make it look better, but what she did was cut it too short, too short, and I got so mad for coming to a place where no one invited her. I waited almost 12 months to cut his hair and take some pictures for his 1st birthday, and it makes me so mad. Nene tried to fix it and cut of

Tawana was absolutely awful, from when I first came into the store it was dirty. When I sat down, she started to get on her phone then put a AirPod into her ear and then continued to go back onto her phone. While cutting my hair, she was unprofessional by dancing to her music along with singing in my ears. Her work station was very unsanitary. She was also aggressive with cutting my hair. She uses her kids clippers instead of owning another pair for work. The same pair of clippers she was using was causing minor pain because it has some kind of damage to actual blade. When I was paying, she immediately said it was $20 and she wasn’t even near the register. I asked for a receipt because I disgusted on how she was towards me. And she handed me the receipt with an attitude and walked away. Do
