Great Clips

This is the hair cut my sister received. I didn’t notice until an hour after we left because it was only noticeable at eye level. We went back to the salon and waited for the stylist to finish with a customer. In the meantime, that same customer left the store and walked back in a minute later because his hair was messed up too. Because of this, another stylist fixed my sisters hair. She was friendly but it still wasn’t the best fix. We ended up going home and fixing it some more. I can’t recommend this place anymore.

My hairstylist named Suada, was absolutely amazing! Truly professional hairstylist! I appreciated her attention to detail and listening to my requests. She didn't do a rush job, instead was attentive to my request to pay specific attention to my 2 cow links in the back. Many hairstylist rush thru leaving me all messed up. Not Suada. She made sure my cow licks were dealt with with the most professional attitude ever! I'm so stoked and grateful to Great Clips for having professionals like Suada, who truly have a passion for their work and for seeing happy customers! I’ve been visiting this location every month, but today was by far my worst experience. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues — the quality really depends on which stylist you get. I strongly recommend that the owner review both hiring and training standards. Today’s stylist seemed rushed and distracted, paying more attention to walk-in customers than to the service at hand. She appeared more focused on taking in new clients than on delivering quality work. I asked for a clean beard trim, but the result was so uneven and poorly done that I had to shave off my beard and mustache completely once I got home. A very disappointing experience overall. I won’t be returning to this location — or to any Great Clips — again.

Wont be going back. Asked for a specific haircut short on the sides and long on top. she gave me a military cut. I wear glasses and cant see at all without them. Otherwise i would have stopped her. But i Trusted her. I didnt say anything when i put my glasses on when i left cause i didnt want to be that guy who comes off as a karen.
