Great Clips

1/31/2026. Very, Very, Very interesting experience today. I tried to check in online but the app did not work because the WAIT time was over 2 hours. I walked in to CHECK-IN and was asked, "Did you check-in online?" I said, "No your app would NOT allow me to do so!" So, I waited. When my name came up, the stylist looked at me and said, "Su Nombre es?" I replied, "I speak English and my name is George." My haircut was interrupted several times to answer another customer in Spanish. I have been going to this salon for years. The stylists are friendly and do great work, and I will continue to go to Great Clips. I have, however, brought in coupons that have been e-mailed to me, only to be told the Marble Falls Great Clips did not accept my coupon. 11/15/2025 Your online app is sorry. I tried

Wouldn’t even give a star after the way i was treated. I came in to get a cut with my friend and she had been called back so i was waiting and got a call from my kids school saying i needed to come get my kid so i told my friend i had to go get my kid because the school nurse called one of the stylist asked me where does my kid go to school and i told her. she then said good don’t bring her here we don’t want to catch whatever she has. First off: if my kid was sick in the morning i would’ve never sent her to school. Second: why in the world would i go get her and take her back to the salon with me?? I just wanted to say for the lady cutting my hair the other day and cut her finger if you can meet me at the Pakalolo smoke and Vape shop I have a tip for you because you left before I can give you one Please and thank you hope you are okay

The lady that cut my son's hair i believe her name was Courtney if im not mistaken did a wonderful job, she was easy going soft spoken and best of all acted like she likes her job where most others there act miserable she was awesome and is a beautiful woman and asset to yalls company!!!!

Tina was awesome listening to how I wanted my hair and getting my bangs straightened out. I am always a bad girl and cut my bangs when they get in my eyes.
