Great Clips

Got there when it opened. Was sat right away. Stylist did not follow my request. Asked my opinion and I calmly stated how its uneven. She told me I insulted her by answering her question (like an adult). She then proceeds to tell me that she can't explain my hair cut to me because I wouldn't understand. The manager and another stylist were both in the same room. I again, in a calm manner explain that she is actually insulting me buy insulting my intelligence, insinuating that I can't understand her explanation of hair cuts. She kicks me out of her chair. The manager never identified herself until I asked to speak to one. She claimed she had no knowledge of the situation, all the while her employee continues to interrupt our conversation accusing me of being insulting while raising her voic

Unhappy with how my hair was done. I have choppy hair, my hair was cut too short and my bangs are ridiculous. The stylist talked the entire time as well to other staff. And just took her merry time. I usually go to a private stylist but she was busy so I had to resort to great clips.

Always efficient with great haircut. Very disappointed with site not having coupons available. Please provide info on obtaining coupons for this site and/or new jersey locations. Hope to hear from you!

Checked in online and arrived at the time the text indicated. Was ignored by the staff while they helped 3 people ahead of me who were not on the wait list. Was told they didn't notice me. I'm 6'3" and pretty hard not to notice. Don't bother checking in online, just hope no one they know is waiting.

Usually my haircut here is very good, but yesterday when I asked for my typical scissor cut with minimal use of electric clippers the person quickly did 95% with clippers taking off way too much and just a little bit with scissors. I will never let that employee cut my hair again! My hair looks and feels terrible!
