Where to begin. When I went to get a haircut, there were alot of customers waiting. I used the app and checked in, but was amazed how customers came in after me were taken before me. Im a pretty patient guy, but when I only see two stylists cutting hair and everyone else were sitting in the back as if they were all on break at once. So frustrating. Now, I actually thought this was just a one time thing, but when I spoke to a buddy of mine, he experienced the same thing, long wait time, customers being taken before him and a bunch of workers taking a break in the back as if it was a party. My buddy even told me hard rock music was blasting over the salons speakers. And it was bad. How unprofessional! Clearly there are only a couple of stylists here that really care about the customers. I wanted to share some feedback about my recent experience. I walked in about 15 minutes before closing time, and the sign still said open. However, several employees were standing around talking, and when I asked about getting a haircut, I was told they stop taking customers 15 minutes before closing. They were all cleaned up and packed up for the night. From my understanding, that’s not in line with Great Clips’ corporate policy. A quick haircut could have easily been completed before closing time, and I would think the owners would want to be aware that customers are being turned away while the store is still supposed to be open.

Go here for my haircut every time (every month or so) because they do a good job, have friendly staff, and don’t cost a fortune.

Do **NOT** hire Teresa. Teresa just cut my teenage son's hair and it was such a hack job, as he walked toward the checkout, I froze in horror, trying to cover my reaction out of politeness. I was sitting about 30 feet away and saw her hacking at his hair with thinning shears with seemingly no rhyme or reason, but I was trying to trust the process. When he was finished, the length of the front of his hair was cut to his hair line in one place and to his eyebrow in another, and it was not blended between the two spots. It was just arbitrarily cut at random lengths, there was zero blending. It looks like she just took scissors and cut his hair one-handed honestly because it has absolutely no blending. It is **awful** and I feel so bad for my son. She saw my reaction and tried to explain it

Had the sweetest stylist named Sydney, who not only fixed y at home botched pixie cut, but also was super kind and helpful with my 3 year old who I had to bring ❤️ 10/10
