Great Clips

We always come here for my sons. They were in today for another cut. The staff are always welcoming and friendly. And very good with my boys! The cuts look great, as always.

My stylist cut about six inches off my long hair and also cut great looking layers. The ladies here are very kind and do great work.

She did an okay job. Not quite as long on the top as my son wanted it, but it's not the worst I've seen.

Not impressed with the cuts we got last week. They started my sons hair. Then some guy comes in that clearly knew the lady who I think was the manager. And she took them in front of my wife. When we checked in 10 minute wait. We walked out 1 hour 35 minutes later. Thanks to being cut in line by 2 people. I still tipped cause I'm not a complete jerk. But we will never go back. And she messed up my wife's hair.

1 star for location and 1 star for price but zero stars for skill or customer care. I was reading the reviews but that's okay because I don't think low ratings always matter because some people are just jerks. But every time there's a complaint GC answer is basically it's not our problem you can contact our Customer Service team if you want. But they don't even leave a number to call. That does not instill confidence in the company or its employees. It's hard to trust your hair and appearance to people who don't care about people.
