Great Clips

I walked in with shoulder length curly hair and walked out with a mullet/bowl cut within 15 minutes. There was no symmetry to this haircut and I had to point that out several times. I wanted curtain bangs, and some of the weight taken out. I now have barely 2 inches on the top and a mullet like Joan Jett on a her worst hair day. So when I started to tear up, all she could do was look at me and say, “you wanna short right? that’s what you said.” That’s not what I said. I also told her curly hair shrinks up, so please be aware. This is what I get for going there.

Couldn't even talk to people for months, complete confidence destroying haircut

WORST HAIRCUT EVER. I wish I could give 0 stars. I clearly showed the stylist where I wanted my hair cut, and instead, she cuts it INCHES above my desired length. To make matters worse, the cut is not even. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

DO NOT COME HERE!!! This is not only the worst Great Clips, it's arguably the worst salon. The stylists not only did the exact opposite of what I asked, but tried to justify messing up my hair by saying it was going to look better and it's part of a "new style." I am sorry, but I never asked for a mullet and that's not a new style... The problem was she was not paying any attention to what I was trying to tell them, instead she was too busy talking to the other coworkers... However, I wouldn't doubt her general incompetence. Great Clips should be very concerned with the workers associated with this salon. First, I definitely want my money back. Second, i want to warn the Folks of Los Gatos... they'll likely mess up your hair but also make you so upset that you'll want to go out of your way

Went in for a haircut last weekend before a business trip and I must have gotten someone new...she had no clue how to cut hair. Three of the "usual" staff came over to help her and give suggestions...they even jumped in and started cutting my hair for her but needed to stop to tend to other customers. Net-Net...Headed out on my business trip and found a lopsided hair cut. Terrible!
