Great experience all around. On line sign up is great. Didn’t even have to sit down. Front door right to a stylist. Amanda. Great conversationalist and did a fantastic job. I don’t think you can request a stylist, but the others seemed happy to be working there. A big plus in my eyes

They need more training in customer service and how to cut hair, they are terrible in both area's, Have decided to go else where in Lebanon, this is the first great clips that I have been at that some of there help think they are superior over the customer and they no better. Do your research and go through all there reviews and you will see not only one complaining.

My stylist was Kristina at the Lebanon, PA, Cedar Crest Square. Kristina does an amazing cut and especially with my bangs, they are always looking straight. I have fine hair and my bangs tend to curl up. Kristina is always able to make them look even. She has a friendly personality and cares genuinely for all her clients.

I ask for curtains bangs cuts for asian she make it so uneven. So i won't again. That's so called "basic haircuts" not basic for them.. So in future go different salon. But if u straighten hair. They do job great with that.

Absolutely amazing customer service the whole staff is so kind hearted I will start coming here more often and will Amanda cut my hair again she did amazing on my bangs.
