Great Clips

Thank you Gabriella! Very professional, took her time and was incredibly meticulous. Knows what she’s doing, and probably the best haircut that this curly haired mama has ever had. Absolutely will be my number one great clips location to go to. The store was very clean, orderly, and the entire staff was incredibly friendly to their customers and to each other.

Accidentally posted a 3 star review. Great Clips is very affordable, convenient and a pleasant experience. The staff is always friendly and they do their best to honorntheir wait times!

The online check in feature never worked appropriate. The wait time initially was around 55mins when I checked in and I reached the saloon in an hour and had to wait for another 50mins. I could see a stylist doing service for 4 persons on a single check in. I had to leave the saloon without the service as I booked my pickup based on the wait time after checking into saloon and it went beyond the time. Very disappointing, you better work on this. It isn’t just me who was frustrated, I could see another person waiting next to me annoyed too.

I had a great experience with Brianna at Great Clips! She took her time to make sure my haircut looked perfect, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. Definitely one of the best cuts I’ve had in a while!

Brianna was absolutely wonderful! She had great attention to detail with my haircut and made sure everything was just right. Her warm, welcoming personality and jovial attitude made the whole experience enjoyable. I left feeling great and will definitely be coming back. I highly recommend Brianna!
