Very welcoming environment and the staff is friendly. The check in process was fairly straightforward and easy. Location is good. Place was very well kept and set up well. They were also nice and accommodating when asking questions and working with a person with disabilities.

The last haircut I got before this one was the worst haircut I ever got with Great Clips. The last one was very good. I told her about what happened previously, and she made every effort to make my haircutting experience enjoyable and for that I am thankful.

I needed my hair trimmed and shaped up. I don't like scissor happy beautician. I had Megan as my stylist. She listened and did exactly what I requested. Thank you Megan for great customer service with me.

I didn't get what I wanted in terms of a more graduated cut. I'm bald on top, so all I have is the hair on the sides and back of my head. Twice after getting home that day, my wife asked I really did get haircut. To me, that speaks volumes about the quality.
