Great Clips

I had a fantastic experience at Great Clips! The staff was super friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. My stylist really listened to what I wanted and made sure everything looked perfect before I left. The shop was clean, organized, and the wait time was short. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in their work. I’ll definitely be coming back for my next haircut—highly recommend!

I have had a pretty good experience here until yesterday! It was terrible. I am completely traumatized with this cut and there is nothing I can do now but live with it. THIS GIRL SHOULD NOT HAVE SCISSORS! It is soooo short and now there is nothing I can do about it! I look like a cancer patient. I was not looking for a military cut, but that is what I got! It looks awful! Not only was it super short like a 1/2 inch from my head but uneven and choppy! I am mortified! I hate that you can't specify WHO cuts your hair! I cried when I got home. Literally no way to fix it....particularly this gouge in the side of my head right down to the scalp! And old lady big ears stick right out! I said I liked to curl it but there is no way to curl 1/2 inch hair! Do not let Cee Cee cut you

I had a guy cut my hair. He did a rush job. Later, my hair grew back uneven. He was complaining about doing multiple jobs at once, but that's not my problem. I didn't complain, I'll still go back but someone else will cut my hair from now on, someone who's not doing multiple jobs and can listen to the customer more accurately.

Outstanding experience as always. Cynthia was my barber. She was talkative, funny, professional and gave me an excellent haircut. Couldn't have been a better experience.
