I came in yesterday right when they opened and got a haircut from Tori. She did an amazing job of recreating what I wanted with regards to my hair type and texture. She puts great care into her work and I will be coming back to see her! Fantastic customer service.

Great Clips at Wade Green Village is great. I’ve been going there for 20 years. I’ve always been well received and welcomed. Always had a great experience and haircuts. Great staff and great people.

I called to make sure they had someone available for only a hair wash today and was refused by the manager because "they would not be able to wash glue out of hair". It was medical glue from an eeg, which I explained, and just needed a good clarifying shampoo. I was able to go to another salon and have it done with absolutely no problem. Won't be coming here again.
