Used website to reserve a appointment which was very easy. Arrived and waited about 10 minutes and was greeted by one of the stylists. Very pleasant person... but seems like he was the only one there. Got my trim.... got the senior discount added the tip and was pleased

In September I went to get haircut and the lady didn't even trim up against my ears so I had hair sticking over my ears on a buzz cut which is very unprofessional and I could have done that myself. And then it also looked like someone had taken a bite out of the front of my hair a whole chunk was missing. And I don't know why I thought if I'd have a different hairstylist that it would be different because this time the buzz cut was fine but the top part of my hair she cut it way too short and now it won't lay down, she also thinned it out too much and its all different lengths in a bad way. And if you're wondering why I didn't tell her to stop it's because without my glasses on I am legally blind. I also got that haircut for my birthday so I'm very displeased about it.
