The larger black lady there does not know how to cut hair properly. I ‘ve had her cut my hair twice now and each time it has been bad but this past time it was awful. If you ever go there just make sure you avoid her. Now for all the other hair stylist they do a great job so make sure you have on of them cut your hair.

I’m sorry, but I gotta give this place a very low rating. When someone comes in for a haircut, all they want is a haircut. They don’t want a Spanish inquisition about their personal information. The associate that attended me was incredibly rude and didn’t like the fact that I didn’t wanna give my information. What is this about? Is this a haircutery or is this a Social Security office? I tried to stay because I needed a haircut, but in the end it’s tough to get past The fact that in associate from such a renown establishment can treat you like that and seem to be bothered. I didn’t wanna take the chance, and perhaps her cutting my hair and making things even worse.

It was the most painful haircut I have ever had. She pulled my hair with every cut and didn’t seem to care. I had to flinch several times it hurt so much. When she was through she did not even offer to let me look at the back with a mirror. The sorry thing is the time before I had a wonderful haircut but that hairstylist that I requested I was told no longer works there

My stylist listened to my desires and offered great suggestions for styling. Prompt, no wait time. I love the on line check in
