Great Clips

We've been to this location twice now for my son. My son has a hard time trusting people in general and even more with people touching his hair. The first time we went on Christmas Eve and a young lady cut his hair and was very nice to him. I really appreciated that. We went again in January, and my son has his hair cut by another woman. This lady was so nice to him. She took her time with him, and he even let her wash his hair which he is very particular about. She spoke to him and asked him questions about his hair cut and made sure to walk him through each step of his cut. I really appreciated that. He really enjoyed getting his hair cut and this is something he always dreads. I will continue going to this location as long as this lady is there. I really wish I got her name. I highly re

I was told by the staff, today, to write a review, so here it is. An older lady by the name of Linda, cut my hair. First time with her. I walk up to the shop, was the only customer and she was sitting on a bucket, smoking a cigarette. I have nothing against smoking, but maybe a little unprofessional? Definitely not a Southern Belle. Anyway, I sit and ask how long she's cut hair and she says "2 years". Her younger coworker overhears and questions her answer, then Linda follows up with "a long time". Why would she lie to a customer about her experience? Again, unprofessional. Tbh, she lied, got called out for it, messed up my sideburn/beard, had cigarette breath and was overall unprofessional. I checked in about 30 minutes before I arrived, and only waited a couple of minutes after my arrival. I love that you are able to do this. Camden was the young lady that cut my hair and she was very professional. She listened exactly to what I wanted, and asked me a couple of questions to make sure she understood. She was quick and thorough. and bonus.... they were having a special on haircuts so the cost was $10 less than what I had anticipated it being! Will definitely come back.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience at Great Clips, and Taneel truly made it exceptional. She was professional, friendly, and really took the time to understand exactly what I wanted. The haircut came out perfect & clean, precise, and exactly my style. You can tell Taleen takes pride in her work and cares about her clients. I’ll definitely be back and will be asking for her again. Highly recommend Taneel if you’re visiting this location!

Geez.. my husband to get a clean up and he said upon arrival the employees were extremely rude. We had a coupon for him to use at this location, huge regret. He checked in online and it accidentally checked both of us in so they got upset with him for an accident that it seemed the computer made.. he said the lady there told him he looked like someone from the Titanic? He said it was very odd.. that she didn’t mean like a main character but just some side character from that era… idk. Just sounded weird.. but anyway onto the haircut.. they “cleaned” him up .. leaving long hairs on his neck and still growing over his ears.. overall dissatisfied with this cut will never be returning to this location.
