Vanessa has been my hairstylist for about 6 years now, and she is by far the best I’ve ever had! The quality of her work easily rivals that of high-end salons—she’s incredibly precise, pays close attention to detail, and always goes the extra mile to make sure everything is perfect. On top of her skill, Vanessa is warm, personable, and has a great personality that makes every appointment enjoyable. Honestly, she’s the reason I continue to get my haircut at this location. Highly recommend!

Been going there for a while now but this time fell short for us. My 12 year old son got his haircut, showed his barber, Theresa a photo of what he wanted, and she did not do what he requested. She also had a bit of an attitude, and didn't even clean off the lingering hair for him. Super disappointing!

I have been going to Vanessa at the Red Cedar location in Highlands Ranch, CO for the last 4+ years. Not only do I get a great haircut every time, she has the most fun personality and I always actually have fun going. She is the reason I go to this location, and I highly recommend using her.

One of the worst haircuts and treatment by a store manager Ever! The “stylist,” seemingly hungover, spent less than 8 minutes, and really care about the quality of her work. When I asked about the $13.95 deal, the manager, who really liked me 2 months ago, denied my request, because I didn’t have a coupon. This is the same manager that was telling me before, about low customer volume. She treated me then, as good manager’s do, with going the extra mile, hoping that I would return. I returned, she was not present. She returned, and defaulted into a rule-following,not concerned about her store’s volume issue. What could she have done, you should ask? Well, for starters, ask my name, and when I called her by her name, starts with ‘V,’ she could have asked if i might retrieve said coupon cod
