Great Clips

This is the 2nd (and last) time they butched my hair and refused to listen to what I wanted because apparently they know what is best for my hair, regardless of what i asked for. Today I very specifically stated I did not want any length taken off, I did not like what they did last time and I just wanted some face framing layers cut in but she insisted she had to fix the back and by the time she was done hacking my off there really isnt anything left to layer or frame my face with. 1st picture is from a couple nights ago, sad emoji pic is 20 minutes post haircut. She did the exact opposite of what i wanted.

I came in with a haircut already styled and asked to have it cleaned up. The Stylist decided to say "new year, new you" during my haircut and then chose to change my hairstyle. I can do a better job than this at home by myself. I typically cut my hair myself, and now I have to fix it myself after paying for it. What I should be doing is asking for a refund and then an additional cost of reimbursement to have it fixed. And now I noticed whatever she did by my ear looks absolutely horrific

I have been going to this great clips for almost a decade now. I go between shaving my head and growing it out a couple inches on top. I get hair cuts very frequently and have had every stylist here cut my hair. I always get compliments on my hair and people are surprised I go to a Great Clips. The management team here makes sure to hire talented hair stylists. The manager Jay is super talented and I barely have to tell him what I want he can tell the moment I sit down. My sister has long hair and also agrees that this GC location is the best in the area.

They never check me in when I arrive but always seem to check in an other arrivals like im invisible. Bad customer service. This is my closest location but now im willing to drive to another to see if I can get some acknowledgement.

We live nearby and get coupons sent constantly to visit, and after trying them and having a very bad experience three of the last four times we see why they need the business. The first time I came in by myself and the Asian lady (Sorry I couldn't remember her name and have no way of looking it up) who cut my hair seemed very pleasant at first but began scraping at my scalp with a comb midway through the haircut and commenting that my hair was thinning and tried selling me teatree oil to fix it, which based on some of the comments seems like something she does often. The second time we came in I was dropping my wife off for one of her first haircuts after she had finished chemotherapy the year prior and was regrowing her hair, she just wanted a simple bob.
