Hi, I got a haircut at your store in Grand Rapids, MN on Saturday, Jan 31 2026 and it was the best haircut I've had in probably 30 years. I'm older, and don't know much about cutting hair. I told the lady cutting my hair that I simply wanted it cut mid-ear and she did the rest . I asked for her recommendation and told her to "go for it." My hair has been cut so well that I really don't even need to comb it, it just goes where it should and looks cool. Thank you so much! I live in MN.

I’ve been going to Great Clips for many many years and always had great customer service! Although you want to get signed up right away in the mornings because the weight can be rather long that just shows us how desired they are for haircuts. I always go through Katie, Even though the rest of the gals working, there are very trustworthy and professional, Katie just cuts mine and my son’s hair perfectly. My son is always afraid to get his haircut, but Katie is very patient and works with him, As he has only 2 1/2 years old, She understands patients and works with them to get this haircut! He’s super excited about getting a sucker at the end!

Everyone at Great Clips in Grand Rapids does an excellent job. I go once a month for a haircut and always walk out feeling great. I highly recommend this location.

I stopped in last minute. My first time here., and my hair was pretty rough looking. The haircut was fantastic and I had a significantly less than estimated wait.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING STAFF, I was a walk in and was taken right away hardly any wait time. The stylist that worked with me KNEW what she was doing and saved most of my hair. Great people that work with mental issues, I was not judged and SHE was great with me, talked to me throughout the whole process, kept my anxiety to a minimum. I will most deffinately RECOMEND Great Clips to any one that has any issues (physically or mentaly) GREAT JOB LADIES... EXPECIALLY YOU (ANGEL) I thank you from the bottom of my heart for what you did for me today. I went in with a mess (1st 3 pics) came out with (Last 4 pics) I love it.. its going to take some time to get used to short hair again but so far... IM LOVIN IT... THANK YOU...
