Great Clips

The experience was great, as well as my haircut. The only thing I have to complain about is that it seems almost everytime I go to the shop there is a different stylist. That make it hard to get the same cut ever time.

I was first customer today. The lady that took care of me, was of i believe Chinese descent, not sure. But she greeted me took my information had me sit in her chair, and ask what did I want ,I told her a bald fade, as low as she could and the sides, and a one on top. Now I've been to many of barbershop and haircut places. Not once has a one ever been bald almost. As she started cutting my hair. I asked her is that a one she said yes and I explained to her its never been this low. She rudely said ,AND I QUOTE "IT DOESN'T MATTER YOU WEAR A HAT ANYWAYS" what!!!! You don't talk to customers like that. Never will I go back here

If i could 0 stars i would. I simply called to ask if there was await and a lady with a Chinese accent told me to go check online meanwhile she is there to let me know! Very bad customer service. Never even set foot in there and i would never!

Great place to come and get a haircut at a low price. They sometimes run specials or coupons but not to often. But if you looking to good this a spot for you. Been here several times getting my kiddos haircut and always leaving satisfied always gone a great job with kids and always have smile on their faces.

Honestly never expected much from haircuts at great clips. Good or OK haircut at a relatively cheap cost, that's what you expected. If the haircut was bad it was like "oh well it grows back quickly". But cant keep quiet when you're now paying 25 dollars including tip for bad haircuts. Took my son to get his haircut, after he was finished I noticed a spot that was obviously missed near fade line that had some long stands and asked for that to be cleaned up. The man proceeded to shaved 2 bald spots right at the fade line above my sons temples not attempting to match the hair around it. He did the laziest job possible on something that should have been an easy fix but now there is no way to fix without completely shaving bald the sides of my son's head.
