Great Clips

I took my child for a haircut today, and I’m very disappointed with the experience. The stylist rushed through the cut, and the result is very uneven. She wasn’t willing to listen to my concerns, either. I’ve had good experiences at Great Clips many times before, but today was definitely not one of them.

I went to get my hair done, but there was an employee there who did not know how to do the job properly and severely ruined my hair. The damage was so bad that I now have to wait for months for my hair to return to its normal condition. It was not something that could be fixed at the time, and the result was very bad. I honestly don’t know how I can go to work like this. Due to their poor management and the way this was handled, I am extremely upset.

Gail has been cutting my hair for over 10 years. Long before she ever joined the Great Clips family. She is a testament to taking care of your customers and they will be loyal to your business.

I had a wonderful experience with Mena at Great Clips! She greeted me warmly and really took the time to ask questions about what I wanted. Throughout the haircut, she checked in to make sure I was happy with the length and style, which made me feel really comfortable. Mena was not only skilled but also incredibly friendly, making the whole experience enjoyable. I left with exactly the look I wanted and will definitely be coming back to see her again!

Never again at this place. No rules, no respect for what it says on their website regarding booking a hair cut at this location. Better take your business somewhere else.
