I had a very bad experience with the store where the hairdresser just ignored the picture my son had for his haircut and straight up said I am not a barber. Just gave him whatever kind of haircut. It was a male hairdresser. Very rude and very unprofessional

After I got there (the manager?) starting yelling at a woman about her son's haircut that he just finished doing saying" I'm not going to cut it again! That's the way the kids wear it these days, trust me I do this all the time, that's it I'm done!!!!" The mother left in tears. The other hair stylists, including the women cutting my own hair did not say a word and looked like they were afraid of this guy. It was completely unprofessional and toxic work environment and I will never go back there again. I wasn't allowed to give zero stars or else I would have.

Made an appointment ON-LINE and informed NO WAIT TIME. Arrived 10 minutes later and although my name was at the top of the list....had a 14 minute wait. I waited 18 minutes, never spoken to, a loud mouthed female finished and continued talking with her customer at the register without aknowleging me. So, I left and won't return I have been going there for years and the was the first time never greeted upon entering!

The Salon on Higley and Chandler Heights is convenient for me, the staff is very friendly the wait time is usually short and I’m a returning customer I always request Emanuel for my hair cuts.

Most terrible experience seen ever. My son got a haircut here, and the barber messed it up big time. Never going back to this store.
