I've been to see Niki twice now and she has done such a great job both times. The first time I went to her and begged her to fix the hatchet job that I'd received at Supper Cuts. I was very happy with the improvement! Next I decided to go with a shorter style and she really listened and did an awesome job! I'll never go anywhere else! I tell all of my friends to go there now!

The lady who cut my hair today completely butchered my layers and they’re misaligned and uneven :( I feel embarrassed with them and will have to hide them until everything grows out again.

Took both my daughters for a hair cut. One of them turned out beautiful. The other not so much. It was done by another stylist and I told her what we wanted and so forth. Well she took off 2 more inches and didn't even give her definition in her hair mind you my daughter had hair down way past her mid back we wanted past shoulder with curtain bangs. She gave her shoulder hair with a side bang no curtain. If you can't cut hair how the client wants, please don't cut hair especially an impressionable teenage girl. Will not be going back especially to Cassidy. Then when paying charged double the tip when I only clicked it once. When I brought it up she didn't offer to refund or anything she meearly said "oh it already went through" By this point I was over it and her service..

Ive gotten 4 hair cuts in the past 2 months. Slowly going shorter and shorter just trying to gey a cut that looked good on me and what I wanted. I came here as my last resort. My mom used to bring me to the manager before she worked here, it was my last option. I went to Jason, and i instantly knew I was in good hands. He explained why certain things may not look the same due to my hair type, he explained how i could do it in the future to get the original look I was trying to achieve. And HE FIXED MY HAIR. Finally no half bowl cut, im comfortable walking out of the house and i dont constantly feel the need to hide myself. He will be the only person i go to in the future. Very very thankful to them
