Booked an appointment here for a birthday treat several months ago based on a reviewer who had followed Crisie to this salon from her previous place (always a good sign) and was glad I did. She took her time with me, was friendly, had good ideas, and checked in throughout to make sure I was happy. My highlights still look good and where they're growing out is pretty subtle. All good stuff.
