Great Clips

I have had my haircut a few times here. It's a hit or a miss. Sometimes I get a someone who does a decent job, sometimes not so much. Last time there was this lady who spent a total of 5-6 minutes for the whole hair cut, and it was really bad. I mean I would expect a decent cut every time because they have competitive prices. I will not continue to go here in the future.

The guy cannot follow simple directions, i showed him a photo and he just cuts my hair short, and not what exactly how i wanted it. Every time i come here to get a haircut i always tell the stylist to cut my bangs not too short and they always manage to cut my bangs as short as possible.

Always messes up with kids haircut … so uneven on top, back is not shaped straight and front covers still the eye - it’s same guy who messed up last time but I was polite to not say no and he messed up again even with 2 basic instructions - done in 5 mins for 25 bucks . The dude should not work if he has no interest

Friendly professional staff giving quick and excellent haircuts. Excellent app to minimize wait times. Usually in and out under 30 minutes or less. Great pricing. Senior discounts. What’s not to like.

I visited this salon with a valid Great coupon obtained from another Great Clips location. Despite a sign at the entrance stating, 'Great Clips @ Mowry Accepts All valid Great Clips Coupons!,' they refused to accept the coupon, mentioning their policy of not honoring coupons from other locations. This was misleading and disappointing. Their refusal to accept valid coupons is unacceptable, and their attitude was rude. Consequently, I will avoid returning to this location.
