Great Clips

I went in for a simple trim and unfortunately left with VERY blunt, chopped “face framing” (that I didn’t ask for) and removed more length than expected. I didn’t fully realize how uneven it looked until I got home. I was initially told I would receive a refund, but later informed that I would not. The haircut was disappointing, and the change in communication about the refund was frustrating. I had to go somewhere else to get it fixed. I hope this feedback helps improve consistency and customer service in the future.

I checked in online waited over 30 minutes , walked in and wanted a wash and blow dry as well . I was talking to the staff and the manager from behind said we are short staffed we’re not doing the extra services. We are redirecting them to the other location. I don’t remember what location but I said can you at least dry it to the staff and she said she can kind of half dry it I said I don’t wanna look like a wet dog walking out of here lol regardless not going back .Either fix your system and specify services on the site when people check in. Or put a notification and save your short staffed don’t make people wait that long and I come in andyou can’t do what I need.

Called 1hr until closing for a quick trim and guy that answered call asked if I could come within 30 mins, I said yes and then proceeded to tell me two people checking in and couldn't guarantee I would be seen.. could have just been clear they can't handle customers or don't want to, I'll take my business elsewhere.

This Great Clips was very clean. Employees are friendly. Ashley was amazing. I had a few questions about my hair before we discussed what I wanted done. Ashley gave me great advise and an amazing hair cut. This is my new go to place for my hair. Thank you all at Great Clips! 💜

You are advertising 9.99 haircuts. I took my son in and Jalen did a good job, but they charged me $19 and they wouldn't honor the advertisements after I told them that's why i went and they had signs all over advertising 9.99 haircuts. They still haven't removed the signs the next day at 2pm and when I called to get a refund they said it was over Saturday and they wouldn't honor it. The signs don't have an expiration date. Manager was rude and said she has kids and that's why she hasn't gotten the signs. Olivia was unprofessional and unhelpful over the phone. Called corporate to get a resolution.
