I would put a 0 if I could. Very rude workers at the ewa location. I called at 630 to see if my son could be seen at 645, and the girl who answered said as long as I was in the shop by 7. My son was knocking on the door from 648pm and everything was deserted. I knocked and no one came. Then one of the workers friends came and I overheard her saying that they were in an emergency meeting. I walked back across the parking lot to my car and saw your worker let a non employee into the shop before 7pm. I always brought my son here and today was an emergency because he has picture taking tomorrow. I don't understand why your employee would tell me to come and then do this. Blonde Lady cutting my hair was digging into my scalp with the clippers. Not very gentle and the result of my fade was also bad. PTSD from this place for sure. Never coming back.

The best haircut I have ever gotten. I’m not kidding. Sometimes my haircuts take 8 min long, Randy took 45 minutes with my hair. The precision and care was incredible. This Great Clips and Randy will be the only place I go to get my haircut in Hawaii.

Whatever you do, do NOT get your hair cut by the blonde tan lady. She cut me and my husbands hair and I told her not to cut mine short, came put there looking like ellen the shag mop, my husband also got possibly the worst fade I've ever seen (he's still so handsome but it was rough) Not to mention that I stood at the front counter waiting for nearly half an hour while the employees yapped in the back, not very professional.

I am really pleased with the haircut I received at Great Clips today. The staff were skilled, Randy especially gave me great recommendations for my hair. Really affordable price for the quality I received. Definitely will be coming back again.
