I’m not sure if I’m spelling his name right, but Derrick was amazing! He was so patient, kind, and funny with both of my kids — and especially wonderful with my son, who has autism. He made them feel comfortable and kept them smiling the whole time. The haircuts turned out perfect! I really appreciate his patience and great energy. Definitely recommend him!

I booked for a blowout. The website said it comes with a shampoo, conditioner and a blow-dry for $25. I came in and was told that it was ala carte, not the price that the website listed. I said okay, and she did my hair. The outcome was alright, she told me to brush through it for a “drop - curl” and when I tried it looked awful. I left with a $100 bill and was shocked. $25 for a blow-dry by itself and a $65 charge for curling and I have “extra long hair”. My hair does not even reach my waist. My hair also has a burnt smell that won’t come out. Its so crispy and damaged. Each piece was smoking as she curled it. I’m thankful she made time to fit me in between a client however, I am not sure I would come back.

I had a really awesome experience today. She was so kind and we had a great conversation. She knew what kind of haircut I wanted and when I saw the finished product I was so happy. This was the best haircut I have ever had and will be back. Thank you so much for helping me boost my confidence. I would recommend her to everyone I know.

Showed up and place was busy. I waited for someone to check me in. Once i was finally checked in, she informed me someone else would be doing my trim since she was booked and i’d be waiting for a bit which was understandable. Sooo many people got seen before me but most were appointments so i was okay with it since i was a walk in. People who came in after me and were also walk ins were seen before me. I waited over an hour and 40 mins before getting it cut. This was after i went back up to confirm i was still on the list because i had been waiting almost 2 hours at this point. A lady got seen within 10 mins. On her way out, I asked if she had an appt and she said no and she felt really bad i had waited so long and they skipped me.
