Great Clips

I got my hair cut from great clip erie for the first time and definitely not a fan of it. I asked for layers but I got a straight hair cut looks nothing like the picture I showed the stylist. My daughter hair cut was little better than mine but noticed some of the bangs are longer than other. I will not go back for a haircut. My first hair cut experience in colorado and definitely not a fan. I asked for that layers in the first picture and got normal cut.

Thought gave this location a try even though those bad reviews are out there. But guess what , the place deserves it! Hairstylist Alisha is a no customer based lady that discriminates age and race! I don’t want to explain more detail of how rude she was to me and my kids. Because it will just bring me to a bad mood. I will not recommend any family being kids to let her get the hair done. Even the other hairstylist felt bad to us, that offered to help to fix my kiddos hair. BTW I don’t see manager out here to help solve the issues. What an interesting place! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. However, I’d say Lisa is a good hairstylist and a grandma that she understood kids and has patience & skills to get small kids hair down. She is the only reason I say this place deserves a 1 star. This is the third time, they messed up A simple haircut can’t be done properly in this location. Nearby home try to save up time by going there, Just waste of money I asked the barber(him) to make a line he says i did already, I requested two times he said he did it already. 10 mins haircut. Why so hurry?? Is this line there!!!

Hi Paul or whatever your name is! You cut my lovely mother's hair today and not only gave her a crappy, low-level haircut but also decided to make her feel bad about her thinning hair! Little did you know, she has lost lots of hair this year due to stress! I implore you to consider that having bad hair yourself is not a good enough reason to give out bad haircuts and that if you're going to be bad at your job, you might as well be nice. I hope you go back to cosmetology school, and also try therapy.

Yesterday My Daughter received one of the Best cuts in years, Samantha really knows how to make a person feel special, I loved her enthusiasm it’s contagious!! She made our day❤️
