Restore Hyper Wellness

I came to restore wellness to try an IV drips for the first time. The staff is so friendly, educated and supportive. I felt very comfortable the second I walked in the door. They do not push the memberships on you, I willingly signed up the second time I went because I really think the IV drips and the therapy they offer will help me. Hannah is their nurse and she is really sweet and does everything very smooth, every IV has been painless.

Love this place! I've been a member for a couple years using their CORE services. Recently tried the GLP-1 membership for weight loss and had great results! The nurses have been a pleasure to work with, especially Hannah! She's patient and helped me get over my fear of needles for the GLP injections. Sibe, the store manager, has been great to work with as well! They truly care about your health and wellness.

I cannot say enough about this place. I go to the Erie location, and staff is amazing. A big thank you to Siba, Ravi, Traci & the owner who are always so kind and caring. I would go everyday if I was not so far away. I highly recommend the IR sauna. This place is always super clean & the services are always on time.

We experienced significant difficulties when trying to freeze and later cancel our membership. The process to place the membership on hold or cancel it was far more complicated than it should be. We requested a freeze on December 2, 2025, yet we were still charged for the next month on December 9. We called, emailed, and even went in person to resolve the issue. Ultimately, we had to contact our credit card company to dispute the charges. The staff seemed great at first, but management refused to refund our money. I’m sharing this so others are aware before signing up for a membership.

I stopped in to check out Restore yesterday and was immediately greeted and welcomed by the AGM who provided a tour, explanation of all of the services and let me try out the compression therapy. I’m looking forward to joining. Thanks, everyone was great!
