Great Clips

This is in a convenient location and easy to get to. Right now there is a lot of construction going on in this plaza, but this store is open as usual. There is plenty of parking. I have been coming here for a few years. The on-line check-in system is great and works well. Normally the service is quick. I normally have a simple haircut and it takes about 10 minutes. Even though the prices have gone up over the years, they are still very reasonable, especially when there are coupons in the mail or on facebook from time to time. Although I have tried other hairdressers such as Hair Cuttery, Great Clips will still be my go-to store.

I like the girl that cuts my hair. We have used great clips for over 15 years. I've never had any problems with anyone. I have worked retail the last 10 years of my life. I have 15 years of hospitality experience before that. The manager at this location is not professional. I would have been reprimanded if I conducted business the way she does. There is a proper way to talk to a customer and she isn't doing it.
