I’m really disappointed with my experience. I went in for a simple trim — my hair was straight and I specifically did not ask for layers. When I got home and styled it myself, I noticed that some parts are longer than others and the cut is very uneven. It’s not what I requested at all. I was just looking for a basic, even trim and unfortunately that’s not what I received. I hope they can improve their attention to detail in the future.

😭😭😭 almost cried when I left the place. The girl that cut my hair had to ask for help from someone else, but it was already too late… my hair was already cut… this is what I had asked for… and this is what they gave me.

Yesterday I went to this location. I took 2 photos of what I wanted showing an actress from 2 vantage points playing a role in a movie, specifically wanting that haircut. I explained why I wanted it, short layers in the back, long pieces in the front, layered bangs that swoop and that I've gotten the haircut the last 2 times so that she could see I have the general shape, it just needs to be trimmed up... I keep one of the photos up on my screen the whole time she was working but it didn't matter. She disregarded what I asked for/was showing her and cut my pieces in the front that were supposed to be to my shoulder to my chin and angled up from there as a bob. I originally was only going to talk to the manager about my experience last night when I was getting my son his hair cut. He is only 2 years old and Alexis ( who is the manager) kept moving my sons head all violently, yelling at him saying “if you don’t stop moving I’m going to cut you” not only was she extremely rude towards my son and had no patience but she also left his hair looking awful. At a point she told my son “see I made a whole in your hair that’s what happens when you move” and proceeded to leave his hair like that. Keep in mind my son wasn’t moving. I also did give my phone to my son so he would look forward and she was also upset about that because now he wasn’t looking up. (She kept rolling her eyes because he wouldn’t move his head when she would move it) I did want to giv

Horrible service, i specifically told them about a hairstyle, side part in this case, and i specified where exactly i wanted and how short, but i guess one of the ladies was too rushed and ended up cutting it way to short when i clearly specified. She looked kinda annoyed and it looked like if i kept telling her she was gonna get annoyed if i kept telling her.
