First I want to highlight Miss Delia skill set as a hairstylist. She gave me an amazing cut today. I really appreciate her and her kindness. Second, there was a very rude lady that was very disrespectful to miss Delia, when she was just doing her job. Miss Delia remained calm and professional even when the lady was berating her personal space and having her hands close to Miss Delia’s face. I don’t condone bullying so I just wanted to make sure I spoke up for Miss Delia.

Bridget in El Cerrito gave me a wonderful haircut from long to shortish, just what I wanted. She listened and added her thoughts. Very professional and a lovely lady. I will definitely return. My only complaint is that I couldn't find the extra discount proof online when I got there . Manager should give Bridget the extra 5 bucks.

A hairdresser named Delia. I asked her to cut curtain bangs and trim the back a bit. But she didn’t even know what curtain bangs actually are. She ended up cutting really uneven bangs that didn’t look anything like curtain bangs. When I pointed this out, she basically told me I had to style it myself. I wasn’t in the mood to argue, but she was pretty rude when I questioned her about the cut. Honestly, zero customer service from her side. Just a heads-up if you’re thinking of booking with her.

Chasen gave me the exact haircut I wanted. He clearly understood my instructions, I was in and out within 20 minutes. Worth every penny! Professional cut with sharp lines, this haircut would have cost me 2-3x the cost anywhere else. He also recommended a hairstyling product that would best fit the look I was going for. Will come back in the future

This was our first visit for my husband haircut. The place is clean, welcoming, and very accessible. Delia is sweet and did an excellent job with his haircut.
