Every time I come here Kelly (front desk person) is extremely kind, accommodating and welcoming. They always make me feel right at home. I’ve had my nails done twice now; I love the staff and results at Nails By Ken. Do not skip the deluxe pedicure, it’s worth it. If you want a quality manicure and/or pedicure come to Nails By Ken!

Officially my go-to nails spot! No hate to other salons, but I feel like sometimes the nail techs can be a little direct/short with me. At Nails by Ken, every person there is so friendly and welcoming. Kelly, in particular, is incredibly sweet and makes sure I am comfortable and getting the best service. I always get the deluxe pedicure because they give you the works! Including mimosas, tea, or coffee. Tina takes great care in the calf massage for the pedicure, and she uses hot stones on my legs, it feels amazing! Beautiful nails and the best service--who could want more?

Amazing experience from the moment I walked in! Kelly was so warm and welcoming, and the customer service was truly excellent. They even offer mimosas or champagne, which sets such a relaxing vibe. Ms. Bee did my gel build-up nails and her attention to detail was outstanding — she took her time and made sure everything was perfect. I also really appreciated that no one pressured me to add services I didn’t come for. I’m so glad I found this nail salon. I will definitely be coming back!

Girl, every time I show up, they go the whole nine yards! My eyebrows and lip are waxed, I always get the Deluxe treatment for my pedicure, then mimosas to sip on~ Friendly staff, especially Kelly! I always come here for my pedicures ❤️

This nail salon is excellent. It is not just a nail salon. It is a place of peace and relaxation to get pampered. The shop's atmosphere is inviting and the staff are very nice, attentive and complete the requested service exactly the way you want. I have always been satisfied with my nails done by Vy and my pedicures done by Bee. They are excellent technicians. Thank you Vy for your excellent service.
