Great Clips

I had a Great experience get a haircut at this location. Nikki was very professional. The only question I have is why the discount coupons I had, several numbers, did not work.

So much wrong I don't know where to start. Ladies do not let Amanda cut your hair unless you want a man cut. I had short haircut that was in bad need of a trim, she took out the razor and put a number 4 on it, me thinking she was going to start there for the trim. Before I could stop her she had shaved my whole head with a number 4. Then she took for the shampoo, which took her all of 3 minutes if I'm being generous, no scalp massage, just a quick lather and rinse. I don't mind paying for the shampoo, but $7 for a 3 min shampoo is ridiculous. The whole rest of the haircut she complained about how horrible my last haircut was and kept saying when this grows out it will be much better. She was very patronizing, loud and pushy. Me, my sister, and her two kids all went to Great Clips together. Originally it was only supposed to be me and my nephew getting haircuts. I had Elease and got a wash and trim with long layers and she was lovely. My nephew had Emily and got a trim and looks great. My niece wanted a haircut and wasn’t supposed to be getting a haircut because of funds and she cut her hair herself. Then Amanda insisted on cutting my nieces hair and was pushy about it. My sister felt obligated to get her a haircut as well. Amanda even tried to push my sister to buy hair products as well after the cut. Yes the haircuts were all great and we were treated very well. But the pushiness from Amanda gave this review 4 stars instead of 5.

I got wash cut and blow dry today. Nothing major. Mostly a trim. I think she did a good job but charged me $55. I think that was really expensive especially for a senior citizen

Just walked into Great Clips for my first time. There was a young lady named Anna there by herself. She asked me if I would check myself in online and got straight to work. She asked me how I’d like my hair and once I told her she never asked again. She cut my hair and trimmed my goatee perfectly. This is rare to find anymore, most people have to be told over and over the style you’re looking for. Clearly she’s good at her job. I’m very glad I found this shop and hopefully I’ll have someone to cut my hair for a long time😊
