Kristen did an amazing job cutting my hair. My long layers were blended so well. I’m so grateful she cut the perfect amount so my hair is healthy but still as long as possible. She is very kind and really took the time to make sure I was happy with everything. I also got a root color to cover my greys and an all over gloss and I love the color. I wanted close to my natural color and she nailed it. She also recommended the L’Oréal Professional Metal Detox shampoo which I purchased from the salon since I was experiencing dry ends and tangles no matter what I did. I’m happy I listened to her recommendation because my hair has never felt so soft and shiny. This "reputable" business deserves 0 stars. My daughter was humiliated and embarrased by the stylists. She came in needing help with her long hair which was matted. She was unable to remove the knots and needed professional assistance. Instead of treating her with compassion and kindness, they talked over her and about her hair in a foreign language. It was obvious they were jeering at her hair condition and making fun of her even though she doesn't speak that language. For 90 minutes, they called multiple people over and surrounded her as if she were an animal at a zoo exhibit. One person with disparaging comments told her, "You should just cut it all off." Not only do I love the haircut and color done by Andrea but I greatly appreciate the time and care she puts into making sure I am happy. I am grateful to have found her.

Eilish is fantastic. I had an appointment with her to fix damage from a previous appointment with another stylist, and she was wonderful. She paid attention to every detail to try to get me closer to what I had originally wanted, while also working with the limitations of the previous damage. Most important, she really listened to me and was honest about what was possible. I highly recommend her.

amazing!!! everyone in this salon is soooo sweet! i had a really bad highlight job from a previous salon and eileen was amazing doing her best to fix it! everybody is so friendly and i would recommend this salon to anyone in either locations!
