Walked in and was stared at like they were annoyed that I was there, and this was not during their last hour of the day either. Then the lady did an absolutely horrible job on my hair. She was done in like 3 minutes. I can’t believe I was even charged for this. She completely butchered it. It’s all different lengths and I didn’t even want layers, just a trim. Save your hair and go somewhere else!!!

Only clippers can save the traumatic butcher haircut, I have been in tears since Friday. My hair is ruined there’s nothing I can do no way to style it or ANYTHING I paid 56 dollars and now I will have to pay more money to try and save my hair and buy a wigs. On the top in the middle in no way shape or form should be shorter then the rest. I used to be a hairdresser so I know hair. AND BEFORE ANYONE says why didn’t you say something then be cause how she styled it and all the products in my hair that she used you could not tell. I am devastated as my hair is my confidence. I have attached the photo I showed her along with what my hair looked like to how it ended. I also added the photo that was the same haircut at the very end but I wanted it a bit longer then it was.

I told them to cut my hair gradually from side to top and to leave the top long. She make it literally like two levels on the side like skin bold and on the top so long. I asked here then to cut the top a little bit so it will show as a gradual fade she then cut the top too SHORT so she make it gradual per the request however she couldn’t make it gradual from the beginning so she can leave the top long hair! I am so disappointed as I have an occasion and need to take a photos to it. Now I can’t bring my hair back long by the time of my occasion! I WILL NEVER TRY GREATER GLIP AGAIN! this is the second time they did the same mistake at two different stores it sounds they did hire non skilled personnel!

I had a coupon for $8 to get a haircut this month so I went ahead and took advantage of it. Sometimes I wait a little too long to get my haircut so I was trying to create some small talk about my split ends. The hairdresser didn't really seem interested in anything I was saying. She asked me how much I wanted to cut off so I answered her and then she was just kind of quick to cut me off, kind of felt like she wanted to finish the conversation and not talk. So I didn't say anything the rest of the time I was getting my haircut (which was maybe 3 minutes) aside from when she asked me if my hair felt better. My coupon served his purpose and I got my hair trimmed like I needed but it was a bit of an awkward experience cause she seemed to be in a bad mood. The atmosphere was nice for the most p
