There was one specific employee who gave the best customer service I have ever received they were brutally honest about my appearance and straightforward about how they felt about me. even though they said I couldn’t be saved they tried their hardest. I have left this place with more reasonable expectations of my self esteem, this kind employee has brought me down to earth. thank you for the weight loss advice.

One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered. I’ve gone to this location twice now, and both times have been disappointing. While the products are fine, a specific sales associate has been completely unprofessional and downright rude at each interaction. Today, I was yelled at in front of the rest of the patrons for not completely understanding this specific store’s policies. Not only was this humiliating, but everyone else was visibly uncomfortable. I understand the need to do your job, but at no point is it necessary to speak to customers the way I was today. This is absolutely no way to run a business, and I guarantee you I am not coming back unless they reevaluate their current staff.

I had my sister go and pick up shampoo conditioner for me ,and the manager was really rude about it and called her stupid because she took out her driver license instead of actual license even though my sister didn’t know anything about needing a cosmetology license nor did I. Instead of being rude she could have explained to her the situation. Making someone cry isn’t part of customer service.I don’t recommend this place very bad management. Will take our business somewhere else.

Nice selection. Went in and was totally ignored by the sales associate. Will not go back.

Always take great care of my professional needs. They also don't rearrange the store very often so its easy to get in, get my stuff, pay and get out
