Great Clips

This was a terrible experience and I will not be returning to this salon. My visit was on a Friday morning. I mentioned to the stylist that I had a coupon, and it all went downhill from there. "Perfect" was what she said to me in a nasty tone of voice. A bad feeling came over me as I was sitting down. She was definitely angry, and didn't speak to me, preferring to push my head around to where she wanted it. I thought about asking her to stop doing that but was afraid of what she'd do with those pointy sharp scissors. The hairs falling on me were all different lengths. Thankfully she was fast and I couldn't wait to get out of there. I tipped her on the regular price, and she looked surprised (and guilty). Had a good look in the mirror when I got home. Absolutely bad, I wanted a simple haircut with some layers and this is what I got. Never stepping there again.

I have gone here for several years. I get a simple men's cut, on which they always do a nice job. The ladies are always pleasant. Their prices are competitive. Salon seems neat and clean
