Great Clips

My first time at the Hiram GA location as the Powder Springs location moved to Hiram. My stylist was Mikayela! She was fabulous. She cut my hair exactly as I asked and even suggested face framing possibly for next time. I would highly recommend her.

I went to the great Clips in the Chapel Hill pavilion . I go there to have my hair washed once a week . I checked in online and when it was time for me to get my hair done I asked if I could use the bathroom to pee when I came out they had given my appointment to somebody else. I literally was in the bathroom for 1 minute. I don't know the lady's name who was so rude to me and told me that she couldn't wait long enough for me to use the restroom but she was black and had a 28 piece cheap wig on her head. Tip her the same amount of the service. This is absolutely unbelievable . If she would have told me that she was going to give my appointment to somebody else I would have skip the bathroom since I was only getting my hair washed. Amber was awesome. I appreciate that the haircut is in and out with no nonsense. A haircut should not take a half hour or longer. Amber did a great job in 15 to 20 minutes.

DO NOT GO HERE!! Short summary... My son has been going to great clips for over 8 years for haircuts and I had my mom mistakenly take him to the Chapel Hill location. The stylist (older lady with Grey/blonde) hair did not listen to the instructions of "just a trim with scissors" , my son's hair was 7 inches long, and now it is 2 1/2 inches long. After it was explained to her to just use scissors, she asked my son if she could use clippers after my mom left the area and he said "Whatever works best" because, he doesnt know how to do hair, And doesnt realize what exactly clippers are for. I went there that night to explain to the hair stylist why i was upset for my son, she made excuses that we didnt communicate what he wanted ,,,but then i asked her about how she was told to only use sciss

Put up with going to this local hair cutting place for the last 2 years because two of the long-standing haircutters. Are good at their jobs. With that being said nothing but trouble otherwise if you do not get the two with experience. Bad inexperienced haircuts as well as bad customer service and attitude. Will tell you it's your turn after checking in 45 minutes prior when you walk in, you'll still have to wait 30 minutes with two people in front of you. Even though they say make your way to the business. They we'll waste your time dismiss your concerns about time restraints. And be rude to you and ask you to leave if you say anything.. DO NOT TROUBLE YOURSELF TO GO INTO THIS BUSINESS. THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL
