Great Clips

I brought my son in to get a haircut today. He asked for a taper fade and only an inch off the top. He comes outside about in tears because his haircut was so bad. She cut most of his hair off and it was all choppy. I went back in to tell her he wasn't happy with his cut and she proceeded to argue that that's what he wanted that they went over it 3 times. Then said his hair shrunk up and a taper fade wouldn't work in his hair. If it wouldnt work in his hair or she didn't know how to do it then why not voice that? As this is her profession. I know for a fact that's not what he asked for because he always has his hair longer on top. I forced him to go back in so she could fix it which he didn't want to but it was really bad. When ever I am in Coldwater, MI I go to the Great Clips there. I always leave looking good. And the online check in makes sure I never have to wait too long.

Went in with my husband and our son, had originally scheduled for them both to get cuts, and the cut was fine and looked great on my husband, but we ended up not getting my sons cut bc he’s little and wouldn’t hold still. The stylist seemed annoyed that my son was there in general and was not open to conversation whatsoever. Any attempt at communication was not met with friendliness, which I get but it tends to be off putting and uncomfortable for guests when their stylist acts like they are being bothered by your child simply squirming around in your lap.

The people there are friendly and do nice haircuts. It's always busy so best to reserve a spot online. It could be an hour wait if you don't.

Always a great haircut! Like going there especially when they know who you are the moment I walk in.
